GDA Class Experience Levels:
GDA FIT: Our GDA FIT classes are open to all levels. They are designed for dance and fitness enthusiast who are ready to have fun and get fit while burning some serious calories! With a range of classes, there is no reason not to come get a healthy dose of fitness at GDA! Check our schedule to see which classes are currently being offered and come join in on the fun!
Specialty Class: Students who take our specialty classes are looking to acquire a certain set of skills that cannot be obtained in a GDA FIT, hip hop or technique class.
Basic: Designed for the student with no dance experience and no prior knowledge of dance terminology. As an added bonus, you will burn calories and of course get an amazing workout!
Beginner: Designed for the student with little or no dance experience, no prior knowledge of dance terminology. As an added bonus, you will burn calories and of course get an amazing workout!
Beg./Int.: This class is designed for the students who have mastered the beginner level and are ready for a faster pace.
Intermediate: This class includes a longer warm-up, is more technical and strenuous and longer combinations are taught at a quicker pace!
Int./Adv.: This class is designed for the students who have mastered the intermediate level and are ready for an even faster pace.
Advanced: This class is great for students who want to pick up combinations quickly which will assist in auditions and professional work. Emphasis is placed on technique and style!
Pro Level: A class designed for the dancer who is a working professional dancer.
PLEASE NOTE OUR CLASS POLICIES:
We do allow drop-ins, but you are not guaranteed a spot unless you sign in for class ahead of time. Some of our classes have plenty of room, but other popular classes tend to get full quickly.
If you do not cancel your spot PRIOR to the start of the class you will forfeit your class and your class pass will be deducted for the no show.
We do not allow students to enter any class 15 minutes after the start of the class. This is for your safety. Please try to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your class time to sign in and be ready for warm-up!
